How to Book
All booking times need to include set up and clear up. Bookings can be made via the website's availability calendar or by emailing. 50% deposit for private bookings required before entry. Balance of fees due 4 weeks before the booked date. Deposit is normally only refundable if the Management Committee cancels. If the hirer cancels and a replacement booking isn't found, repayment of fees (less deposit) is at the discretion of the Management Committee. All fees (including deposit) are refunded if the Management Committee cancels.
