How to Book
Online booking is required, with a minimum hire period of 4 hours. Bookings can be made 7 to 365 days in advance. Weekend bookings are limited to one per day (08:00 to 20:00). Setup and cleanup time must be included in the booked period (suggested one hour each side). A non-refundable booking fee of £5 applies. Cancellation policy: 75% refund for 30+ days notice, 50% for 7-30 days notice, no refund for less than 7 days notice. All furniture used must be wiped down and returned to its storage position. No candles/live flames, LPG bottles, tealights, or chafing dishes allowed. BBQs are not permitted inside; outdoor use requires prior written agreement.
