Village Underground is a 5,000 sq. ft. blank canvas event space housed in a converted Victorian warehouse in the heart of Shoreditch. It features high ceilings, exposed brickwork, and a blend of historical architecture with modern functionality. The venue is powered 100% by green energy and is known for the iconic train carriages on its roof. It's suitable for a wide range of events including conferences, brand showcases, private parties, live performances, product launches, fashion shows, filming, and exhibitions.

Main Event Hall

The Main Event Hall is 5,000 sq. ft. (465m²) and features natural daylight, is pillar-free, with Victorian brickwork. It includes a state-of-the-art sound and lighting setup (D&B V Series PA, Midas Pro2 Digital Mixing Consoles), built-in stage, rigging points for additional AV setups, and is a blank canvas. It has a late license, is centrally located, offers external branding opportunities, a dedicated bar area, cloakroom, private backstage facilities (dressing room/production office), flexible, moveable staging, polished concrete flooring throughout, and complete blackout facility. Amenities included in hire are basic PA and lighting facilities, staging, DJ equipment, and a photobooth.

How to reach the hall
How to book
Arrival time: at the start of your booking. A member of staff will always be on site during an event. Please leave the place as you found it (additional cleaning costs and waste disposal may apply for larger events). Catering, AV equipment & furniture hire will come from Village Underground's approved suppliers. Drinks will be purchased directly from the venue. Cancellation policy: 60 days in advance for full refund, 30 to 60 days in advance for 50% refund, within 30 days non-refundable.
