How to Book
Interested parties should complete an online booking form or contact the hirings secretary via email or phone to confirm availability. A booking is secured upon receipt of a completed Hire Agreement form and 50% of the hire fee. The balance is due not less than one week before the event. If a booking is cancelled before the hiring date and a replacement booking cannot be arranged, 50% of the original hire fee will be charged.
