The only part of the venue accessible by wheelchair is the reception space at the front. The main bar and stage/audience areas are accessed by a set of stairs. Moving between archways linking the bar and stage/audience areas is wide enough for easy access. Access from street level to the front of the venue is via a slope, which Brighton council has indicated is not fully DDA compliant due to its gradient, though it is not considered to present significant risk to wheelchair users. Significant modification would be required for full wheelchair access (e.g., wheelchair lift, accessible toilet on lower level).

How to Book
Available for external bookings including gigs, tours, parties, and events. Contact the events team via email ([email protected]) or phone (01273 726230) with your plans. An enquiry form is also available on their website. Current WaterBear students are entitled to a discounted hire fee. The venue is 18+ between 8 PM and 10 AM. A Challenge 25 policy is in operation, requiring legal ID upon request.
