Welton Village Hall is a fully accessible building, all on one floor with good wheelchair access throughout (exception: stage). It features a main hall with a sprung wooden floor and a stage, measuring 13m x 6.5m, with white walls suitable for projection. A recently upgraded, fully-equipped domestic kitchen is available, along with a Committee Room and a Small Meeting Room. Electric heating is provided via a coin meter, and WiFi is available. The venue has its own car park with capacity for up to 50 vehicles, including designated disabled bays. A bar is available if required.

A 15 minute buffer is allowed between each hiring for clearing up. The Hall is usually open at the booked time unless otherwise notified. Hirers are responsible for locking doors if the event ends after 22:00. Do not use drawing pins, blu-tack or sellotape on walls; use white-tack. Do not fix decorations near light fittings or heaters.
