About
Byfield Village Hall is centrally located in the village of Byfield and has been a great asset to the local community for very many years. It is a charity, run by the Byfield Village Hall Management Committee. Our spacious village hall can accommodate up to 180 people seated in the Main Hall and there are two smaller annexes. The Hall is available for hire by individuals and by organisations both within and outside the village. We offer excellent facilities including energy efficient Air Source Heat Pumps and free internet.

How to Book
If you wish to make a booking go to AVAILABILTY and the calendar opens to show what is available. Choose your date, enter your requirements, hit SEND and we shall respond to you. If you have questions go to CONTACT for phone numbers and email address. Click on NEW BOOKING, enter your details and requirements. If it shows a clash with an existing booking you can edit or cancel. When you have completed the form press CONFIRM and SEND. An email is sent to us and we respond to your email to confirm, inform you of the cost and sometimes telephone you for discussion or guidance. Note that before you can CONFIRM and SEND you have to tick the box to confirm that you accept our T’s and C’s for the venue and website. If you wish to make a series of bookings or are likely to make further bookings in the future please take up the option, offered at the beginning of booking, to CREATE an ACCOUNT.
