How to Book

Bookings are confirmed upon completion and return of the agreement form and any required booking fee/confirmation of payment. Full hiring fee payment is due a minimum of one week prior to the date of hire. Payment methods include Bank Transfer (HSBC, sort code 40-09-02, account 61565249, reference booking number), Cheque (payable to “Chacombe Village Hall”), or exceptionally Cash. A booking fee/damage deposit may be required for single event hirings, payable upon completion of the agreement. A £100 noise premium is required for all bookings with amplified music, refunded in full one week after booking if no breach of noise limiting device conditions. Cancellation policy: 50% of the Booking Fee / Damages Deposit is non-refundable if cancelled within one week of the hire date (subject to Management Committee discretion).
