How to reach the hall
How to book
Minimum booking time is 1 hour, then in multiples of 30 minutes. Preparation time is negotiable for certain bookings, up to 1 hour free of charge if available, full hire charge thereafter. Payment methods: Cheque (for single events, placed in post box at hall), Bacs (Bankers' Automated Clearing Services). Cash payments are not accepted. Rooms must be cleaned and vacated by the end of the requested hire time. Hirers are responsible for taking away all rubbish, bottles, and cans. Clearing up time must be included in the booked time. Applications for hire should be made to the Booking Secretary.
