How to Book
Hirers must ensure enough setting up/cleaning up time is included in their booking. DJs, entertainers, and other third parties must provide evidence of valid Public Liability Insurance and recent In-Service Inspection and Testing (PAT Testing) for electrical equipment. A 20% discount on hire rates applies from 1st October 2025 (regular hirers) and 1st November 2025 (all other hirers) until full facilities are restored due to refurbishment.
