How to Book
Bookings can be made via the online booking system on the website calendar. A minimum of 21 days notice is required, and bookings can be made up to 1 year in advance. A 1-hour free buffer is added to all bookings for clearing up. Provisional bookings are possible to reserve a date and arrange a visit. Bookings are confirmed once a 50% deposit invoice is paid. Cancellation within 14 days incurs the full fee, over 14 days incurs 20% of fees. Terms and Conditions are available on the website. Hirers are strictly NOT permitted to bring their own alcohol if a bar is included in the booking. The bar is stocked with standard spirits, canned/bottled beers, and low/no alcohol options, with specific requests accommodated where possible. Bar hire staff fees apply: £50 for up to 40 guests (1 staff), £100 for 40-80 guests (2 staff), £150 for 80+ guests (3 staff).
