To inquire about bookings, it is advised to first check the primary halls' availability calendar on their website. Booking enquiries can then be made by phone or by completing a preliminary enquiry form via email. Provisional bookings are held for two weeks, during which a completed, signed booking form and deposit are required to confirm the reservation. Bookings are handled on a first-come, first-served basis if multiple enquiries are received for the same date. 21st Birthday Parties are permitted only at the discretion of the management committee. A written request detailing the proposed event, assurance of adequate supervision by responsible adults throughout, and a refundable damage deposit are required. Kitchen facilities available. Bar service provided by Cocktail Stars; external alcohol is not permitted.
