How to Book
Access the online booking system at https://app.myhallwizard.com/wcvh. Click on the relevant day on the calendar to request a booking. Complete section 3 if it's your first booking or you are booking as an individual. Describe the activity or purpose in box 4. Include time needed for setting up and clearing up in your booking request (Box 5). Setup and clear down time is free for Wootton Courtenay residents; others should contact the hall administrator for charge rates. Terms and Conditions for hiring must be downloaded, read, printed, signed, and returned (updated December 2025). Changes and cancellations cannot be done via the online system; contact Dee Binnie by phone or the website form.
