How to book
Bookings can be made by contacting Maurice via email (admin@yattonvillagehall.co.uk) or telephone (01934 832109). Office hours are Mon 10:00 - 13:00, Thu 10:00 - 12:00, Fri 10:00 - 12:00, with appointments available on request. Provisional bookings are held for 14 days, after which the full hire fee is required. The hired period must include setup and clear-up time. A kitchen use fee of £6.30 applies to Clifford Nicholson Hall and Jack Crease Room bookings. A £100 bond is required. Cancellation terms apply to deposits. Hirers are responsible for cleaning, rubbish removal, and notifying breakages. Music must be kept to a reasonable level and not audible off-site after 11pm. No external drinks without prior agreement and corkage.
