Online enquiries accepted. Minimum of 14 days' notice in writing required for cancellation. 7 to 14 days' notice may incur a 50% charge. Less than 7 days' notice may incur the full hire cost. Booking forms and a 'Schedule-of-Fees-2024' document are available on the Ashburton Town Council website. The Clerk will confirm fees at point of booking. Venues are bookable by the hour.
