Aston-by-Stone Village Hall is a charity, run by a committee of volunteers, offering a welcoming space for local community and commercial hirers. It is suitable for entertainment events like quizzes, musical evenings, and shopping events, as well as celebrations such as children’s birthday parties, anniversaries, christenings, and retirement parties. The hall is not available for teenage and young adult birthday parties, except for Aston-by-Stone residents (with on-site parental supervision). Outdoor bouncy castles and play buses are not allowed on the front car park. All one-off bookings require a management committee representative to be available for check-in and check-out.

How to reach the hall
How to book
To make a booking: Read the Hire Agreement and Hire Charges documents. Check availability on the calendar page, then click on New Booking and fill in the form. A £25 non-refundable deposit will be invoiced and must be paid within 7 days. The booking form must be returned by email at least 28 days before the event. The invoice (including hire cost and damage deposit, less the booking deposit) will be raised at least 4 weeks in advance and payment is requested at least 28 days in advance. If an alcohol licence form needs signing by the Management Committee, paperwork must be received by the Administrator at least 28 days before the event. Hirers must meet a village hall representative for check-in and check-out, unless a key holder or volunteer is attending the event.
