How to Book
Setup and cleanup time must be booked in addition to event time (at least 30 minutes prior and 30 minutes after). Access is given just prior to booking time. Final payment is due one month before the event. Confirmation of booking implies agreement to Fulford Village Hall's Terms and Conditions and Hire Charges. Hirers must ensure the Hall is left in the same condition as before activity. Damage issues identified within 5 days will result in discussion and agreement of redemption costs.
