How to Book

To enquire about fees, arrange a visit, or book a room, telephone 01626 834217/07946 059637 or email [email protected]. Online enquiry forms are available for the Main Hall and Office Spaces. For urgent bookings (less than 3 working days notice), please phone 01626 834217. Payment is by invoice using BACS. A deposit may be required for some events at the discretion of the Centre Manager. Cancellation or amendment within 30 days of the hire period requires full payment for the original booking duration to cover 'lost opportunity' costs. Exceptions may apply at the manager's discretion for extenuating circumstances with sufficient notice. Hirers must provide the name of a steward over 18 years of age to fulfill fire safety requirements. Locate fire extinguishers and note fire exits. Hirers must tidy after use and place recycling and rubbish in wheelie bins, or ideally, take rubbish home. Smoking is not permitted in the Community Centre. Booking forms are kept for three months after hire and then destroyed. Personal data is held securely and used only for booking purposes.
