How to Book
Managed by Carn Brea Parish Council Office. Booking location: Treloweth Community Hall, Moorfield Road, Pool, Redruth, TR15 3QB. Availability: Evenings Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday; Saturdays day and evenings. Other times can be considered at the discretion of the Clerk's office. Contact Carn Brea Parish Council Office by email or telephone. Payment for bookings should be made at least 1 week before the booking commences. Non-payment will result in cancellation. For charity/voluntary and community groups, a reduced rate or no charge may be offered at the discretion of the Clerk. Private functions (e.g., birthday parties) do not require a risk assessment. Hirers are responsible for ensuring all group members are evacuated in case of fire and should be aware of evacuation procedures. Costs for Council staff attendance due to negligence are recoverable at £15 per hour (minimum £15 callout fee).
