Kernow Resilience Hub is Cornwall's centre for Wellness, Coworking, Event Space, Sports Recovery, Yoga, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Heat Therapy, Cold Water Therapy, Strength Training, Conditioning, and Floatation. Its mission is to increase Physical, Mental, and Emotional Resilience within the community and nationally. The hub also houses The Grill & Graze cafe, Kernow Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, a strength & conditioning gym, and Kernow Fire & Ice (saunas and ice baths).
