How to Book
Available for hire weekdays, weekends and evenings. Bookings can be made via the enquiry form at https://www.hallshire.com/halls/carnkie-community-institute/enquire. Payment methods include Bank Transfer, cash, or cheque in advance (or if agreed in advance, by invoice). Card payments are not accepted. Cancellations made with at least 48 hours' notice will not be charged. Bookings cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice and 'no-shows' will be charged at the full rate. Hire includes use of the premises and standard facilities including kitchen appliances, utensils, crockery etc., if required. All persons using Carnkie Institute are expected to leave the premises in a clean and tidy state ready for use by the next users. Fire regulations prohibit the use of barbeques and firepits in the small outside space. Due to restricted height, bouncy castles cannot be housed. Bookings for teenage parties are no longer accepted due to past damage and anti-social behaviour.
