How to Book

For more information, to check availability, pricing, and to make a booking, use the Cheriton Bishop Village Hall Booking system. An invoice for the full amount of the hire will be issued for single events and for the first month's hire for a series of events. The invoice must be paid at least 5 days before the event (or first event of a series). A full repayment of unused charges will be made if a Hirer cancels an event with a minimum of 5 days written notice. Repayments for cancellations with less than 5 days' notice are at the discretion of the Management Committee. The Hirer must be over 18 years of age and agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions laid out in the hall's document and any supplementary terms. The hire is for specific agreed times. The hall must only be used for lawful activities. Local community organisations have priority.
