How to Book
All bookings must be made via the bookings secretary ([email protected]) to be included in the centre diary and to avoid clashes. Hirers need to download and fill out forms, which can be printed and returned via the centre or sent to the booking secretary via email. During Covid, users are also required to submit a Covid risk assessment. All users are required to keep the centre clean and tidy, and to leave the space immaculate for the next users. Limited use due to Covid-19 pandemic, in line with government guidance for specific activities. Bookings may be terminated at short notice in case of lockdown or related emergencies, with hire fees refunded.
