Chieveley Village Hall & Recreational Centre offers versatile spaces for private parties, corporate events, sports, fitness, club and society activities, and weddings. The Main Hall can accommodate various events, while the Club Room, which includes a bar, can be divided for smaller gatherings. A dedicated Meeting Room is also available. How to book
Bookings can be made online by selecting the desired room/area and date/time. Users will need to create an account. Booking requests are checked and approved by the booking manager, and secured upon receipt of a deposit. The booked time should include setup and clean-up. Availability can be checked up to a year in advance. For events involving more than 200 guests, more than 50 cars, booking the whole hall or field, or taking vehicles onto the field, a questionnaire should be completed and submitted via email at the time of the booking request. The expected number of vehicles is a required piece of information during the booking process to ensure sufficient parking capacity.
