How to Book
Online booking system available via https://hallbookingonline.com/frome. Provisional bookings can be made from the calendar page. Booking form and payment should be with the Administrator by the weekend before the event. Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of both. Payment is by bank transfer only; cash or cheque not accepted. Bank details will be on the invoice. Bookings are made for whole hours only. It is suggested to add 15 minutes to either end of the event time for set up and clearing up. Prospective hirers must read 'Terms and Conditions of Hire', 'Hire Charges', and safeguarding requirements available on the booking website.
