How to Book
Bookings are made online via the Hallmaster V2 system. Users need to read the Terms and Conditions of Hire and Hire Charges documents, check availability on the calendar, and fill in a new booking form. Provisional bookings can be made from the calendar page. Payment is by bank transfer only. Bank details are provided on the invoice. Cash or cheque payments are not accepted. Bookings are confirmed once the booking form and payment are received by the administrator by the weekend before the event. Hirers are advised to book enough time for setting up and clearing up, suggesting an additional 15 minutes to either end of the event time. Bookings are for whole hours only. Limited availability during the week due to regular use by local groups and organisations.
