How to Book

Booking system available via their website. Bookings can only be taken from people over the age of 21. Full payment due at least 48 hours prior to the event. Payment methods: via the Hallmaster system or BACS (if agreed). Cash, cheques, and card payments (unless processed through Hallmaster) are not accepted. Discretionary reductions may be available for Charitable organisations and block bookings. Charges may be revised at any time by the Trustees. Conditions of Hire must be read before making a booking. Only one booking may be accommodated in each room per day. If a date is already booked, contact the Community Centre via email before requesting through the system. The hirer is responsible for organizing the set-up and return of tables and chairs. Building layout plan available on their website.
