How to Book

Hirers must be over 18 years of age. To book, check availability, arrange a viewing if needed, then download, print, and fill out a booking form. Send the form with a non-returnable £10 booking fee to the site manager. The Site Manager will contact the hirer at least a week prior to the hiring date to arrange key collection and payment. Booking payments should be made via the Hallmaster system unless BACS is agreed. Cash, cheques, and card payments (unless processed through Hallmaster) are NOT acceptable for Cranfield Community Centre bookings. Hirers are responsible for including set up and clear away times in their hire period and for leaving the hall in reasonable condition. A hall checklist is available. For bookings involving children and/or vulnerable adults (excluding children's parties), relevant documentation like DBS checks may be required. Caretakers are available for the first 20 minutes of a booking; arriving late may result in cancellation.
