Culmstock Village Hall

Culmstock Village Hall, located at Millmoor, Culmstock, Devon, EX15 3HF, offers a range of facilities for hire, including a main hall, a meeting room, and a kitchen, with a total building capacity of 200 people. The main hall features a stage (with an optional apron), Wi-Fi, full AV capabilities for lectures and stage productions, and sophisticated audio and lighting options, with a seated capacity of 120. The meeting room can seat up to 20 people and has a serving hatch to the kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a non-commercial cooker, hob, commercial dishwasher, urn, and approximately 50 sets of crockery and cutlery. For outdoor events, the Community Pavilion and Playing Field on Hunter's Hill (EX15 3HH) provides a BBQ House with two charcoal BBQs and two banqueting tables, a football pitch, and children's play equipment. The Pavilion has automatic lights and a push tap for water, with an electrical supply available upon request for booked gatherings. A portaloo is provided during the summer months. It's important to note that the community gardens and playing field are public spaces and cannot be reserved for exclusive use, though bookings are recommended for gatherings exceeding 20 people. Please ensure the hall is left tidy, remove all waste (recyclables taken away, other waste bagged in grey bin outside back door).
