How to Book
Bookings should be made by email or telephone to the booking secretary, Sharon Mitchell. Bookings are confirmed once a signed booking form and a 25% deposit are received. The final balance and damage deposit are due one week prior to the event. Hirer must be 18 years of age or over. Hirers must be aware of all Health and Safety issues (notes supplied at booking and on kitchen foyer notice board), leave the Hall premises as found, and undertake a Risk Assessment of facilities, equipment, and activities. Hirers are recommended to take out adequate insurance. Specific written authority from the Parish Hall under its Premises Licence is required for supplying or consuming alcohol; an agreement form is available.
