Event Hire Hours: Weekdays generally 9:00 - 22:00 (specific booking times to be confirmed with venue). Weekends generally 9:00 - 17:30 (specific booking times to be confirmed with venue). Cancellation Policy: Full refund (excluding payment fees) up to 48 hours before booking day. Cancellations 30 days in advance receive a full refund. Cancellations 30 to 7 days in advance receive a 50% refund. Cancellations for events starting within 7 days are non-refundable. Event dates can be changed to another date within 6 months from the original date at no cost.
