Failand Village Hall is a delightful rural community venue offering flexible hire of its charming hall, kitchen, and outdoor recreational space. It is run by volunteers as a charity for the benefit of the local Failand community. The hall features a warm and welcoming atmosphere, wooden floors, AV/PA equipment, tables and chairs, fully equipped kitchen facilities, accessible toilets, ample on-site parking, level access, and picturesque countryside views. Booking & practical info
How to book
Check availability on the Hall Calendar. Click '+ New Booking' on your chosen date to open the online booking form. Complete the booking form, including time and number of attendees. The booking request will be reviewed and approved (allow up to 48 hours for a reply). A link to pay will be sent via email. A refundable deposit is required for all sessions. Prices for 2027 will reflect a 10% increase from 2026. Local non-profit making clubs and societies open to the whole Failand community receive a discount on weekday hire fees (Mondays to Fridays). Instead of the normal set fee, they are charged £2.50 per attendee, with no minimum fee and a maximum payment equivalent to the standard fee. This discount does not apply to the refundable deposit. For regular bookings, standing deposits can be agreed.
