How to book
Booking enquiries are handled Monday-Friday, 09:30-13:00. Bookings can be made online via the Community Centre's booking system and are reviewed by staff. A surety deposit of £150 may be required for large bookings or parties. Cancellation policy: no refund within 28 days, 50% refund within 72 days, 25% refund more than 72 days. A £20 fee for cancellations without 2 weeks' notice. Rescheduling incurs a £25 administration charge (not possible within 28 days of event). Hirers must notify the manager if selling alcohol and pay an additional charge, ensuring compliance with licensing laws. Hirers are responsible for health and safety, reporting accidents, providing tea towels, and covering damages. LACA is not responsible for lost property. A £100 fee is charged for parties leaving after 00:00, contravening the centre's licence.
