How to Book
Read the Terms and Conditions & Hire Charges documents. Select 'Hirer Login' to create an account. Go to the calendar page to check availability. Click on 'New Booking' and fill in the form. For long-term (weekly) bookings, email [email protected]. Payment for hire is required before the event. A deposit may be required for some event types. Large parties over 30 people will incur a mandatory cleaning fee. Special discounts are available for local residents. Hirers must book sufficient time for setup at the beginning and clear up/cleaning before the booking ends. The charitable management company is run by volunteers, so an immediate response may not be possible, but they aim to respond within 24 hours.
