Interested parties should read the Terms of Hire and information for hirers, then download and complete the Booking Form. The booking will be confirmed upon receipt of the form, hiring fee, and condition deposit. Fee payment and condition deposit are due with the booking form and at least 7 days before the event. Payments can be made in cash or by cheque, payable to 'Forest Green Village Hall'. A separate cheque is required for the condition deposit. Keys are to be collected from and returned to Gaye Collis at Little Orchard, Horsham Road, Forest Green, Dorking, Surrey, RH5 5SB. Collection time should be arranged before the event.
