How to Book
Online booking via calendar on Thatcham Town Council website (click blue arrow next to date) or by filling out a 'Frank Hutchings Hall Booking Request Form'. Acceptance of 'Hall Hire Terms & Conditions' and submission of a 'Fire & Evacuation Form' are required. For one-off bookings, full payment is due two weeks before the event. For regular bookings, invoices are issued at the end of each month, with payment due within 30 days; failure to pay incurs a 10% penalty surcharge. Payment can be made via payment link or bank transfer. Cancellation policy: Fourteen days' notice in writing for casual bookings, otherwise no refund, except in special circumstances at the discretion of the Town Clerk.
