How to Book
All hirers must complete a Booking Application form, which should be sent to the Booking Secretary, or use the online enquiry facility. Bookings are accepted in accordance with the published session timings and letting rates or as agreed with the committee. The hirer must be 21 years of age or more. Payment of the agreed fee is required before the hiring commences. A refundable deposit may be charged. Summary details of all bookings will be published on the Hall's website. If the hirer wishes to cancel the booking, the payment or re-payment of fees is at the discretion of the committee. Permission for the consumption (but not sale) of alcohol is generally granted. For the sale of alcohol, a separate application form must be completed by the person responsible for sales, who must be over 18 years of age. Specific hire rates are not publicly listed and are provided upon application or as agreed with the Booking Secretary.
