Grayshott Village Hall is one of the largest village halls in Hampshire, situated on the Hampshire/Surrey borders with easy access from the A3 and A287. It has been an essential part of Grayshott community life for more than 100 years, offering a flexible and friendly venue with a variety of halls and rooms available for hire, either individually or in conjunction with each other. Facilities include a private car park, free WiFi, a fully licensed bar, extensive catering facilities with a fully equipped kitchen, and disabled access including ramps, double doorways, and a hearing aid induction loop system.

How to Book

All hirers must complete a Booking Application form and be 21 years of age or more. Payment of the agreed fee is required before the hiring commences, with credit facilities potentially available for monthly invoices due within twenty-one days. Overdue accounts may incur late payment interest. The Committee reserves the right to charge a refundable deposit against loss or damage. Application for permission to sell alcohol must be made. All bookings are accepted in accordance with the Standard Conditions of Hire, effective from January 1, 2018. Summary details of all bookings will be published on the Hall's website. Payment or re-payment of fees in case of hirer cancellation is at the discretion of the Committee.
