How to Book

All hirers must complete a Booking Application form, which can be sent to the Booking Secretary, or use the online enquiry facility on the Hall's website. Bookings are accepted in accordance with Standard Conditions of Hire. The hirer must be 21 years of age or more at the time of booking. Payment of the agreed fee is required before the hiring commences. Credit facilities may be extended, with invoices rendered monthly and full payment due within twenty-one days. Cancellation before the event date will result in payment or re-payment of fees at the discretion of the Committee. The Committee reserves the right to charge a refundable deposit against loss or damage, with partial or full withholding possible for non-compliance with conditions.
