How to Book

External clients can enquire through Celesta Venues by Imperial College London or Imperial Venues. Internal staff/students have specific booking processes via Outlook calendar, CELCAT, or departmental timetablers. A minimum spend of £25,000 applies for 09:00 - 17:00 bookings. Cancellation policy: 100% of hire charge for cancellation less than one month before event; 50% for cancellation 1-5 months before; deposit forfeit for cancellations more than five months before unless alternative date agreed.
