How to Book
For auditorium hire, full content and production details, promoter details, proposed date(s), marketing plan, and proposed ticket prices are required. For event spaces outside the auditorium, event content (meeting, presentation, reception, setup requirements, attendees) and event organiser details are required. Rooms can be held for up to two weeks once a quote is approved (subject to availability). A booking form must be returned for confirmation. Invoicing for room hire and technical equipment is by Royal Albert Hall, catering by 'rhubarb'. Payment is due before the event as per invoice terms. All costs are exclusive of VAT. Additional staffing costs may apply depending on event timings. Stewards are included in the hire fee. A visitor access period of five hours is included; £150 per hour or part thereof for exceeding this period.
