How to Book
A refundable damage deposit of £500 is required for all hires at least 7 days in advance of the usage date. Bookings are not confirmed until payment is received in full and the hire agreement is signed. Cancellation charges apply based on the proximity to the hire date (e.g., 50% of fees 7-12 days prior, 100% less than 7 days prior). Access for decoration is from 12 pm on the event day, with staff on-site from 10 am for early drop-offs (must be agreed with coordinator). Mess and empty packaging from decorations must be removed by the hirer before guests arrive. Ladders are available for use at your own risk.
