How to book
Email [email protected] with your date, event details, and timings to receive a venue hire proposal/contract. For larger events with minimum hire, a non-refundable deposit of 33% of the total balance is required upon signing the contract. The remaining balance invoice is issued at least 28 days prior to the event. A refundable damage deposit of £500 is required for all hires at Hackney Church House, payable at least 7 days in advance. Standard 30-day cancellation policy: Full refund for cancellations 30 days in advance. 50% refund for cancellations 30 to 7 days in advance. Non-refundable for events starting within 7 days. Event date can be changed to another date within 6 months from the original date at no cost.
