How to Book
Generally available between 8:00 AM and midnight weekdays and weekends. To book, consult the Village Hall page on the community website, check availability on the calendar, complete the Booking Form and Hiring Agreement, and email or deliver it to the address in the Guidelines for Making a Booking. Hire charge must be paid on or before collection of keys from the Booking Secretary prior to the event. Cheque payments for the security deposit must be made at least seven days prior to the hiring date. Hirers must familiarize themselves with the Standard Conditions of Hire and liability for damage (available on the Village Hall page of the Community Website). The Management Committee reserves the right to decline any booking request.
