How to book
To make a booking, check the calendar for availability, then email or call the Bookings Secretary. Hirers must accept the 'Conditions of Hire'. Conditions of Hire: Available upon request, but generally cover hirer responsibilities for supervision, care of premises and contents, behavior of attendees, adherence to licensing, damage reporting, cleaning, and rubbish removal. Alcohol consumption requires permission. Bar equipment is not included in general hire. No smoking policy applies to the entire building. Hirers are responsible for setting up and clearing the premises within the hire period, or an additional charge may apply. Children under eight must be supervised, and unaccompanied children under sixteen are not permitted at functions serving alcohol. Accidents must be reported. All users must be advised of emergency procedures and exits.
