To book, contact the Lettings Officer, Mrs Pat Alexander, for further information, availability, and prices. Payment must be made at the time of booking by cash or cheque. A deposit is required when hiring the hall and sound system. Full terms and conditions are available from the Lettings Officer. Reduced charges for extended or regular use can be agreed by the committee, requiring advance request as the committee meets every two months. Residents (defined as those residing within the Parish of Welcombe using the hall for non-commercial purposes) and registered charities have separate hire rates from Non-Residents/Commercial Organisations. Payment methods include cash, cheque, or monthly account for regular users with prior agreement.
