How to Book
Online booking form on 'contact us/booking' page for one-off events or general enquiries. Village Hall Booking form to be sent to the Bookings Clerk. 50% of hire fee upon booking, balance 14 working days before date of hire. Deposits/advance payment by Bank Transfer or cheque (no cash). Balance of total hire charges must be cleared into HVH bank account no later than 14 working days before the start of the hire period. Booking confirmed once deposits/advance payment are made. Contact within 24 hours to take payment and confirm booking. Cancellation policy: up to 48 hours before, deposit forfeited, Damage Deposit or advance booking fee returned; within 48 hours before, whole hire charge for the session forfeited, Damage Deposit returned.
