How to Book
Bookings must be made in advance via phone, email, or website. Full payment required 7 days before the event. Cancellation Policy: 7 or more days notice incurs a 20% charge of the amount owed or already paid. Less than 24 hours notice results in no refund. Hirer responsible for arranging key collection on or before the day of hiring. Keys to be returned same day or following morning by prior arrangement. Hirer is responsible for the room and its contents during the hire period, must comply with all relevant laws and regulations, and leave the hall and grounds in a clean and tidy condition. All rubbish must be removed or disposed of in designated bins (failure to do so incurs additional clean-up charge deducted from deposit).
