How to Book

Hire includes 1/2 hour setup and 1/2 hour clear up time. Minimum hire is 2 hours. Weekly regular groups can inquire about a reduced rate. Hirers must respect local residents, keep outside noise to a minimum, supervise children outside. Rubbish must be sorted into recycling or waste (limited to 3 black bags per party, not provided). The hall and kitchen must be left tidy and swept; spillages mopped up. Heating to be turned down if adjusted. All windows must be closed, doors locked, and lights off when leaving. Chairs must be stacked neatly and folding tables returned to the skittle alley area, keeping fire exits clear. Tables must be wiped clean. Urn must be emptied after use. Fridge items must be removed at the end of the session (unless regular user). Any damage or broken equipment must be reported. Key must be returned as per instructions. Alcohol is permitted for private consumption; a license and proof are required for selling alcohol.
