Hire is subject to conditions, and all documentation (including public liability insurance, risk assessment, and relevant licenses like TENS if selling alcohol) and payments must be received prior to the booking. Booking time must include set-up and de-rigging. Functions for 13 to 19-year-olds are not permitted in parish halls. Alcohol can be served if not sold; a Temporary Event Notice from West Berkshire Council is required if selling alcohol.
